Karl Martin Koch, Jr. (Cookie) 91 of Endwell, formerly of Butler, PA, died September 17, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 68 years, Carol Ann and a loving father to his 9 children, Suzan (Tim) Corwin, Larry (Dolores), Mary Ann (Jim) York, Patti (Brad) Anderson, Kathleen (Jim) Spatafora, Beth (Frank) Giordani, Karl III (Ruth), John (Becky), Tom (Deani), 27 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, Mary Jo, 3 sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Karl and Gertrude, 2 brothers, Jack and Bob, and an infant great-granddaughter. He was a branch manager at Associates Commercial Corporation for over 45 years. A man of great faith, he was a Eucharistic Adorer at the Church of the Holy Family, Endwell. He was a member of St. Ambrose Church for over 50 years, where he was a lector and a member of its Holy Name Society. He and his wife were involved in dance clubs and enjoyed many trips in their retirement years.
Funeral services will be held Friday, 9:30 AM from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott and at 10:00 AM at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Ave. Endicott, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Thursday (Today) from 5 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to his favorite charity, Smile Train 633 Third Ave. 9th Floor, NY, NY 10017.
