The amount of light that has left this world with Kelly is noticed by every person whom spent time with her. For it did not take much time with Kelly to recognize her non-stop care and compassion that could brighten anyone’s day. Kelly made the world a better place with a kind soul that ached to help anyone and everyone. She was known to help the women pushing groceries up a hill with a ride, a homeless man on the street with a hot meal or a hopeless addict with words of wisdom, she held no bias. Her passion for helping extended to all living creatures. From the spider in her window that she checked on daily, to the deer who roamed her yard leaving trays of food in the winter. Her vibrant soul along with her wonderful sense of humor was the perfect combination to liven up any party. Both of her children felt for their entire lives to be so lucky and blessed to have Kelly as their mother. Kelly and her husband, Steve, cherished their summers at their cottage on Stanley Lake and so proudly just became a year round resident.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday 6:00 pm at St. Joseph’s Church 207 Hayes Ave. Endicott. The family will receive friends at St. Joseph’s Church on Friday from 4:00 pm until 5:45 pm.
