Frank Joseph Wells, age 79 of Whitney Point, NY passed away after a long illness on June 23, 2022.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Linda (Sisco) Wells, three daughters, two sons-in-law and four grandchildren. Daughter Carrie, (Cecil) Balentine and Kristina Balentine of Smithville, Ark. Daughter Amy Wells of Endicott, NY and Daughter Robin (Lance) Price and Ashley, Emily, and Zachary Price of Virgil, NY.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents Frank Vito and Frances (Northup) Wells, Mother and Father In-Law Chuck and Petey Sisco, and four sisters and brothers; Dominick “Sonny” Wells, Delores “Dee” Wells, Joan Swift and Bob Wells. He is survived also by his beloved brother Bill Wells, Binghamton, NY and sisters Sandy Oakley, Castle Creek, NY and Toni Courtney, Castle Creek, NY and sister-in-law Denise Wells, Waverly, NY; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.
Frank was a long time resident of Binghamton, NY, having grown up on Pine Street and attended the North Side schools, until later in life removing to the peaceful community of Whitney Point, NY.A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, June 27th at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Church 207 Hayes Ave. Endicott, NY. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at a later date.
