Diane (Brazilla) Contro, 75 of Endwell, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday January 23rd at her home. She was predeceased by her parents, Myron and Helen Brazilla and her sister, Myra Pilarcek Ottaviani. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John; two daughters, Kristin Isenberg (Michael), Natalie Contro; one step-daughter, Lacey Carey (Chris) three grandchildren, Anthony, Christian and Ava Isenberg; three aunts, Anne Marie Zevan, Beverly Hudzina and Delores Rompala; her niece, Lynn VanFossen (Jason); her nephew, Rob Pilarcek; her brother-in-law, George Ottaviani; three sisters-in-law, Theresa Contro, Patricia Constantino (Tom), Marlene Living; her brother-in-law, Thomas Contro (Cathy); also several nieces and nephews; special friends, Roxanne and Doug Pasque, and many friends at the Naples, Florida RV Park and her canine companions, Lexi and Kensie. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Family, Endwell, and a retired employee of Binghamton University. Diane was a great cook and baker and loved traveling in the family RV. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who cherished her family. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday January 30th at the Church of the Holy Family 3600 Phyllis St. Endwell, NY. Burial will follow in Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Cemetery, Endwell.
