Donna Rose Osborne
April 13, 1943 - May 28, 2024
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Donna Rose Osborne, 81,
of Clearwater, Florida and previously Endicott, NY on May 28, 2024. Donna was predeceased
by her loving, devoted husband, Bob Osborne. They shared 55 years together and were the
model example of a loving husband and wife, parents and grandparents. Donna was born in
Yonkers, NY to the late Dominick and Mary Cubello.
Donna is survived by her two children: Greg of Endicott, NY and Linda (Robert) Jodon of
Duncansville, PA; and five loving granddaughters: Maria, Paige, Ella, Sofia, and Lily. She is
also survived by her sister Marie (Ed) Nugent and many loving nieces and nephews.
Donna graduated from Gorton High School in Yonkers, NY and SUNY Cortland with her
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education. After staying home to raise her two
children, Donna taught 2nd grade at Hillel Academy in Vestal, NY until her retirement.
While in Endicott, Donna was a long time member of St. Joseph’s Church and volunteered on
many committees within the church.
After retiring, Donna took up golf and became very successful in the sport. She participated in
many golf leagues at En-joie and in Clearwater, FL. Donna led an active life in Clearwater. She
golfed multiple times per week, led exercise classes, and played bridge and poker with many
groups.
Donna will be missed greatly by all who loved her, most especially her son, daughter, son-in-
law, and granddaughters. Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Endicott on Friday
July 26 at 11 AM. Inurnment will follow at Vestal Hills where Donna will be laid to rest with her
beloved husband, Bob.
