Jacqueline Charis (Peploe) Schoonmaker, 84, formerly of Dunedin, Florida, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 15, 2025 in Endicott, New York. She is survived by her six children and spouses.... Robin and Darryl Preble, Dawn and Joseph Backes, Julie Schoonmaker, Richard and Michele Schoonmaker, Kim Schoonmaker, and Becky Schoonmaker, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, sisters Donna and Bill Sczesny, Cindy and Wayne Cook.
She is preceded in death by her husband James R. Schoonmaker, grandmother Augusta Gelz, mother Corrine Peploe Gelz, her father James Peploe, sister Cheri Peploe, niece Courtney Sczesny, great niece Maddy Shaw, grandson Justin Backes, and cousins Beverly and Richard Moriarty.
She was an exceptional person, anyone that met her, loved her instantly. She loved making crafts, gardening, reading, and being with her family. She will be forever in our hearts and missed every day.
