Leo J. Tersmette, 93 of Endwell passed away Monday evening, January 27, 2020. He was predeceased by his wife Frances C. (VanRijt) Tersmette. He is survived by his four children; Anthony (Patricia Bradley) Tersmette; Maria (James) Rossi; Michael (Melissa) Tersmette; Margaret Tersmette and Tammy; six grandchildren Annelies (Jason) Gatdula, Tessa Rossi, Trevor (Colleen) Tersmette, Lindsay Tersmette, Michaela Tersmette, Derrick Erway and Dalton (Meghan) Bradley; five great-grandchildren Lina, Reed and Miles Tersmette, Cora Gatdula and Alayna Bradley; his special nephew Marcel (Alie) VanRijt. Leo was a member of the Church of The Holy Family in Endwell and a retired I.B.M. Endicott employee. He was the former swim coach for the Endicott Boys’ and Girls’ Club. Private Funeral Services will be held at the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott with the Rev. Fr. Calrence F. Rumble officiating. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery. At the request of the family there will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in memory of Mr. Tersmette may be made to Mercy House of The Southern Tier 212 N.
