Victoria (Medyn) Blanco, 93 of Endicott, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 24, 2020 at her home. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank and her infant daughter, Bernice. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Mark) Pacilio; her son, David Blanco; her beloved granddaughter, Sarah Pacilio; her sister, Josephine Pellizzari; also many nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Casimir’s Church, Endicott until its closing. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with the Rev. James P. Serowik, officiating.
