Otto Polisensky, Jr., 92 of Endicott, passed away on December 22, 2020. He was predeceased by his parents, Otto, Sr, and Helen (Pelus) Polisensky; three sisters, Helen Gerbes, Mary Huse and Ella Johnson. He is survived by his brother, Rudolph (Patricia) Polisensky; also several nieces and nephews. He was a former member of St. Joseph’s Church, Endicott and a retired employee of Union Forging. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Czecho-Slovak Moravian Club. Funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY.
