Nina’s career as a hairdresser began alongside her husband until they started their family. Once the children were grown, Nina worked at the IBM Homestead, followed by her employment at IBM Building 18. How proud she was to be an IBM employee which gave her the opportunity to meet so many interesting people worldwide. Nina enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, volunteering at the Saint Joseph’s School Cafeteria and Church Bazaar, and spending summers at Rye Beach. Her greatest passion was cooking for the family, in particular, the grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the love of her life, and adored her. She was known for her biscotti (pepper cookies) and no event was complete unless they were present on the table for every occasion, for friends and family. She demonstrated and instilled in her family the importance of positivity and to never be jealous. Her favorite belief was “Dio vede e prevede” (God sees and provides). The family wishes to thank the attentive staff at Ideal Senior Living Center, and most recently, the dedicated staff at Bridgewater Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility.
