Nancy J. (Walter) Wood, 75 of Vestal, NY, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022, after a long courageous battle with many illnesses. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Marjorie Walter; her grandparents, Nettie Potts, Marian and Harry Chrysler; her sister, Barbara Green; her brothers, Billy and Jimmy Walter. She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Eugene Wood; her children, Tammy Browning (Dave), Michael Hoover (Heather), John Hoover (Sandy), Hope Frederickson (John), John (Ricky) Winkler, Julie Conklin (Art), Dan Wood; her sister, Debra Simmons (Harry Bannister); her sister-in-law, Lisa Walter; also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the proud owner of Steenburgs and enjoyed dancing, singing karaoke, bowling, the Denver Bronco’s, dirt track racing and crafts.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nanticoke Valley Cemetery 1927-1929 Union Center Maine Highway, Endicott, NY.
