Sharon Lee Filip (73), of Vestal, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 15, 2023.
She is predeceased by her father, Francis Bostwick and her brother, Walter Bostwick.
She is survived by her husband, Ioan Filip; her daughter, Brittany Cavalieri (Andrew); her son, Daniel Filip (Laura); her mother, Theresa Bostwick; three grandchildren, Ella, William, and Clara; her cousin Denise Macafee (Wayne).
Sharon was a devoted member of St. Joseph’s Church and a retired employee of the Union Endicott School District. She had an artistic gift and loved crafting, incorporating her beloved glitter into everything she made. She had a passion for working with children and brought genuine joy to everyone who knew her. Sharon was a proud mother and one of the sweetest souls you would ever meet. She will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, resilience and shining positivity.
A Funeral Mass will be held Friday July 21st at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church 207 Hayes Ave. Endicott, NY. The family will receive friends at St. Joseph’s prior to the mass from 10:15 to 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City.
