ENDWELL - Valentina N. Madrid, February 14, 1935 - December 13, 2022. Loving mother of 10 and grandmother of 20.
Tina joined our Lord and Savior around 10:25 AM on December 13, 2022. She was survived by her children Andres (Maria), Virgilio (Jill), Eduardo (Christine), Josephine (Michael Bowell), Margarita (Jon Kristian Lommerin), Ramon (Jamie Desimone), Charles, and Wilfredo. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernesto of 58 years, and children Ernesto Jr. and Eugene. Her grandchildren are Michael, Gabriel; Liam; Kiana, Yamila, Gizela, Eduardo Jr.; Joshua, Sean, Caitlyn, Isabel; Steven, Cassandra, Bonifacia, Miranda; Olivia; Angelica, Luzviminda, Kobe; and Gabriella. She was great grandmother to Abigail.
She worked for various companies, notably the Philippine Army, Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester Public Library, and Rochester City Hall, to name a few. She was a devout Catholic, greatly devoted to our Lord Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary. Tina was very proud of her children and grandchildren and their numerous accomplishments.
Viewing will be on Monday, December 19 at 10:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Church of the Holy Family, 3600 Phyllis St, Endwell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City.
